Wipers came in 2 days and the fit was great. No issues and would use Wiper Haus again when needed.
This website adds no value. I didn't realize that had used them once before to great disappointment.
Sorry to hear about your 1-star experience. Do you think you received used wiper blades? We open the package, install the adapters for your vehicle, and reseal the package with a label.
We buy new wiper blades directly from Bosch and any returns are sent back to them, we never ship used wiper blades to customers.
We have a 30 day free return policy, we can also exchange your wiper blades for an unopened set.

Perfect except removing the adapter the blade came with...that did not come off easy, even after trying to follow the directions and watching videos. Ended up prying it off with a small screwdriver so that I could attach my adapter. Other than that it's a good blade.

The wipers were all the correct size and easy to install. Haven't driven through any major downpours yet (expecting some of those in the coming weekend), but the wipers were wonderful for the showers and spits of rain we've been having - smooth motion and no squeaking.
